Highgate Senior Living was founded in 1994 by organization president and owner Howard Addison. Highgate operates senior housing campuses across the Western US.
Since completing their first U.S. senior housing community located in Bellingham, WA, in 1996, Highgate has developed, built and operates communities in Washington, California, Montana and Arizona.
Every opportunity to develop a new senior housing campus has been an opportunity to provide an even greater homelike environment and comfortable setting for our residents. Over the 25+ years, we have built our brand centered in Purposeful Living and our unique Holistic Approach.
Internal growth for our team members has been a key piece of our success as many of our servant-hearted team members have taken on Leadership positions all across the organization.
The future growth plan of our organization will be the same as our current operating communities – it will be Different and Better.
